Two decisions, one page each.

Two things to settle today. First, how we get David's and Lacey's posts onto their personal pages, and whether GHL can do it. Second, who Addi is really for, what those people keep struggling with, and what that tells us to say and build next.

How to use this

Thirty minutes a topic, fifteen for social media

  1. Open a page. The answer is the first thing you read, before any of the evidence.
  2. Only dig into the evidence if someone disagrees. Everything on both pages says where it came from.
  3. Then answer the questions at the bottom of the page. They are also listed here, so you can run the whole meeting from this one page.

If something on a page needs to change, it gets changed in the document behind it and the page is refreshed. Nothing is edited on the page itself.

Social media

The quick yes or no

  1. Do David and Lacey each switch their Instagram to a Creator account? It is free, you can switch back, and without it no tool can post to Instagram at all.
  2. Do we start with GHL and keep Zernio as the backup, or go straight to Zernio at $36 a month?
  3. If GHL: do the personal accounts get their own GHL workspace, or share the Community CoLiving one? No company paperwork is needed either way.
  4. The personal Facebook profile, which no tool can post to: does the owner schedule a week of posts in the Facebook app, or tap a reminder each time?
  5. Do we also set up a Facebook Page for David and one for Lacey? A Page can be automated, but it is a different audience from the profile.
  6. Does Angelica handle the Instagram inbox through Meta's shared access feature? That is the official way to let a helper in without giving them the password.
  7. YouTube: David checks which channel is Real Deal David Ross and reconnects it himself, because only the owner can.

What we decide from the research

  1. Which of the problems we agree matter most, and which ones we think the research makes too much of.
  2. Which of the feature ideas make it onto the roadmap, including whether the deal pipeline goes out to the market or stays internal.
  3. Which post ideas the social media plan leads with, so both pages here point the same way.

Same rule as always: nothing gets built from this until the team has seen it and agreed.
